When we opened in 2017, we didn’t start from scratch. We carried forward the OPH recipes developed by Les and Ron Highet in the 1950s; recipes that still define what we do today. We’ve kept those foundations intact while building a space that feels familiar and easy to settle into.
Today, the goal hasn't changed: serve the finest pancakes in Upper Arlington, Westerville, and New Albany. We keep things welcoming and give people a place they can rely on for the best breakfast any time of day.
